How You Can Help

Valley of the Sun United Way

We are partners with the Valley of the Sun United Way

All United Way donations must include our United Way Code, 1679, and
our address, 9359 W. Monroe St. Tolleson, Arizona 85353. Thank you!

You can help if you can sew, iron, knit, crochet, cut quilt blocks, tie quilts, or stuff small toys.  You can work alone at home and/or work with others at our sewing meetings, or collect donations of fabric, lace, thread, trim, batting, stuffing, yarn and other needed items.

Fabric Scraps...Wondering what to do with the scraps of cotton that you have?  Cut them into 6-inch blocks for quilts.  It takes 42 blocks to make a quilt (6 across, 7 down).  The design can be random or patterned.

Patterns... We have patterns available that are the correct sizes.  You may pick up patterns at our meetings or send a SASE ($0.54 stamp needed) or click here to print the patterns directly from your computer!.

Short on Time?... Want to help but don't have time because you work?  Get together with co-workers during lunch and do something to make a difference.  We have short-time projects you can do.  Think about it.  Call us!

Please include the following form with your donation so that we can send you a thank you note and receipt:
